CEPA as an incentive to invest in HK

Lu Weisi, Director of Invest HK, said on January 6 that the effects of the CEPA on Hong Kong's investment promotion endeavor are emerging.

Invest HK successfully assisted a record-high number of 205 foreign firms to establish or expand presence in Hong Kong in 2004. 22% of the companies that decided to invest in Hong Kong regarded the CEPA as an important incentive.
