Defending champion Guangdong has stunned visiting Jilin 121-84, extending their winning streak to nine games in the CBA league.
Hosts Guangdong, with five players from the national team, had dominated the match from the very beginning ending the first half 62-42.
The home team extended their lead to 26 points after the third quarter, and finally wrapped up the victory with a 37 margin.
Young defender Yi Jianlian led Guangdong's scoring with 23 points. He had also assisted four teammates to reach double digits.
Jilin's Senegalese center Babacar Camara led the visitors with 23.
In Beijing, former NBA center Mengke Bateer has delivered 28 points and 12 rebounds to lead the hosts to a 101-86 win over Yunnan.
Jiao Jian has added 14 for Beijing, who have won their seventh match in a row.
Jon Smith has led Yunnan with 21 points.
