SAR visas easier
Latest Updated by 2005-10-25 09:12:02

A policewoman with Futian public security subbureau shows a smart card and a travel permit to Hong Kong and Macao yesterday. The subbureau initiated a do-it-yourself system with IC cards yesterday to make it easier for Shenzhen residents to apply for travel permits to the two SARs, which only takes only a few minutes. More than 90 people finished the visa application process with IC cards at automatic machines on the first day.
