The final scheme of the China Hall in the 2005 World Exposition, which is designed and constructed by Guangzhou Academy of Arts, is released to public for the first time yesterday (August 3rd) at the promotion conference of the expo and the China Hall.
The China Hall, with an actual exhibition area of 2300sq.m., becomes one of the two largest International Hall during the World Expo 2005, which is to be held in Aichi County, Japan from March 25th through September 25th.
The design, based on the traditional Chinese concept - "Integration of human being and nature", is with distinctive Chinese feature.
With paper-cut sculpts of Twelve Chinese Zodiacs on its outside fences, the main exhibition hall is divided into five sections, including the "Tree of Life" Sculpts, the "Chinese Civilization Tour" Multi-media Embossment Wall, the Rosewood Chinese-style Study, the Crystal Video Room and the Chinese Gifts Hall.
Approximately 15 million visitors are expected to participate in this expo, which is themed Nature's Wisdom, according to its official website.
