Which 50 art pieces can represent the development of Guangdong art in the past half century? Guangdong Art Association gave the answer yesterday by releasing such a list. Pan He's sculpture "Hard Days" topped the list.

The Memorial Sculpture for the Liberation of Guangzhou in Haizhu Square reflects the city's history during the revolutionary war. Another famous sculpture is the Fishing Girl standing in the coast of Zhuhai.
Other listed art pieces include oil paintings, ink paintings and comics, etc.
