The delivery of work report of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, is being live telecast on China's Central Television (CCTV) for the first time on Thursday morning.

 

China National Radio and China Radio International also are live telecasting delivery of the report by Wu Bangguo, chairman of the Tenth NPC Standing Committee, at a plenary meeting of the NPC in the Great Hall of the People in downtown Beijing. The meeting began at 9 a.m.
