On the theme of "A Vision of Shenzhen," the children, mostly pupils from Shekou International School, QSI International School and the local Yucai Education Group, were encouraged by organizers to stretch their imaginations in creating a more beautiful Shenzhen.
The competition launched the official opening of the Shekou subvenue of the third China (Shenzhen) International Cultural In-dustry Fair (ICIF).

Boasting the most international community in the city and featuring "green property" and a recycling economy, it is expected to offer visitors to the fair a harmonious environment and a mix of different cultures.
The Shekou subvenue will host 10 events during the fair, including exhibitions, seminars and a design competition.
The organizers will also promote Nanhai Ecool, a project to renovate and transform the old Sanyo factory complex into a modern venue to accommodate enterprises in innovation industry.
