Approved by the People's Government of Guangzhou Municipality, the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of State Land and Resources, Construction Commission of Guangzhou Municipality and the Bureau Of Urban Planning of Guangzhou Municipality has printed and distributed Some Suggestions on Speeding up the Housing and Land Supply, Strengthening Housing Administration and Controlling the rapid Increase of Prices of Real Estate in 7 articles and 19 points on April 24th, 2007.

It has not only offered the "olive branch" to real estate developers by promoting the 4 new communities constructed with their investment, but also made it clear that Guangzhou would build 10 new communities. And starting  this year, Guangzhou will also activate 15,000 idle houses and apartments and increase the strength to rebuild the dangerous, desolate ones.

It is also planned to include economically affordable housing, and the price data of Zengcheng and Conghua real estate into the statistic scope. The most important thing is to realize the data share and unified release by the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of State Land and Resources and Statistics Bureau of Guangzhou Municipality who will release the unified price of real estate in May.
