At 22:36 Apr. 16th, the train K191 left Chengdu Station, Sichuan province for Guangzhou at a risen speed. It preludes the 6th national acceleration of railway transportation, which is to be launched on Apr. 18th.

K191 is expected to arrive at Guangzhou Station with 1,100 passengers at 5:46 Apr. 18th. The journey is to shorten by 7 hours and 20 minutes than before.

New service of train commutation

The new Trains Commutation Timetable will be used while Guangzhou-Sanya (in Hainan province) and Guangzhou-Baotou (in Inner Mongolia) trains will be launched later, according to Guangzhou Railway Bureau.

Moreover, "China Railway Hi-speed" (CRH) trains will be put into operation for the traffic between Guangzhou and Shenzhen tomorrow.

The Trains Commutation Timetable will be available for free for passengers, together with tickets at the Guangzhou East Station in Tianhe, Guangzhou.

In stock market, railway companies' stocks also boom, somehow like the speed-up of the trains.
The share price of China Railway Erju Co. Ltd. (Code: 600528) increased by over 20% recently.
