Officials from Guangdong Judiciary Department will start receiving residents' call on a provincial radio program from Mar 13 to Apr 5. Several reaction groups are established and are ready to tackle the problems residents voice in the program.
Considering many residents dialing the hotline number can only speak Cantonese, many Department officials that are going to the program are busy learning Cantonese recently.
The Department announced that related units should give response to the problems voiced in the programs within 5 days, and for complicated problems, no more than 10 days.
