More Guangzhou citizens benefit from the LNG supply - Guangdong - News Brief

Over 4,000 households in Guangzhou's Haizhu district have started using Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), bringing the total number of natural gas users to 40,000 households.

The introduction of LNG, considered to be one of the cleanest energy sources, is part of the city's effort to restructure energy consumption making it environmentally-friendly and beneficial to the city's sustainable development.

The city's complete natural gas conversion is expected to be finished within 4 years. Currently the conversion work covers two districts, including Haizhu and Panyu districts.
