Before his death, Cong donated his cornea, which enabled six people with eye ailments to recover eyesight.
Cong's deeds have moved lots of people across the country. A website bearing the title of Shenzhen Spirit has been established to remember him.
Around 800 people listened to the lectures in the Great Hall of the People by Cong's wife Xing Dan and three other people.
