Guangdong will enact new laws meant to support the development of non-state owned companies, according to statements by Guangdong governor Huang Huahua on May 29. The new laws will allow non-state owned companies to enter monopolized industries and provide solutions to financing problems.
Huang Huahua said the state-owned and non-state owned companies should be treated equally, and domestic and foreign capital should be given fair status to compete. The laws will be enforced to create a better investment environment and facilitate non-state owned companies.
