Guangzhou announced that Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center will have a groundbreaking ceremony. The ceremony, which will mark the beginning of construction on the Guangzhou Art Creation Center, is scheduled for June 29th.
Guangzhou's current five art academies will be integrated into the new center. The center features individual workshops meant to attract talents from home and abroad. Upon the completion of Guangzhou Art Creation Center, it is expected that it will become an internationally recognized art center that will focus on literature research and development, painting and sculpture studies.
