Guangzhou real estate market: stable - Guangdong - News Brief

826 houses were sold during the golden week, with an average price of 5,976 yuan per square meter. This number is 4.4% lower than that in April and the first decrease this year.

Officials from the Bureau said the transaction number and price is stable and buyers are rational.
