Joint programme highlights sex education

Guangdong Government officially launched its Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office in Guangzhou yesterday (Mar 28th).  Guangdong Governor Huang Huahua and other government leaders attended the launch ceremony.

Guangdong Executive Vice Governor Tang Bingquan addressed the audience with a speech. He said that establishing the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office is a major event that will help with Guangdong's reform and opening up.

It is also an important act that enhances cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. The launch of the office fully embodies the notion that the Central Government attaches great importance to the cooperation between the three regions. It also plays an important role in the complete implementation of the "one country, two systems" policy, and cementing the long-term stability and prosperity of Hong Kong and Macao.

Guangdong Government's Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office will strive to improve the organization and coordination which will lead to enhancing exchange and cooperation between the three regions in extensive areas.
