Guangzhou Deputy Mayor Wang Xiaoling received the Messe Frankfurt GmbH delegation from Germany yesterday (Mar 28th) afternoon in Guangzhou. Wang invited the delegation to co-organize a variety of Guangzhou's exhibitions.

The company's President Michael Von Zitzewitz showed great interest in cooperation with Guangzhou's International Automobile Exhibition scheduled next year. Wang also explained that over 1,100 conventions and exhibitions were held in Guangzhou last year.

She announced that Guangzhou will continue to focus on expanding growth of professional conventions and exhibitions; however, Guangzhou Government will gradually withdraw from being the organizer of Guangzhou's conventions and exhibitions.

The Government also promises that it will facilitate the industry development. Messe Frankfurt GmbH is one of the world famous convention and exhibition groups.
