The Fourth Session of the 10th Guangdong Provincial People's Congress and the Fourth Session of 9th Provincial Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) will raise curtain on February 22 and February 21 respectively in Guangzhou.

As usual, the government report will be delivered on The Fourth Session of the 10th Guangdong Provincial People's Congress. And as 2006 is the first year of China's eleventh "five-year plan" period, the province's development plan for the next five years will be tabled for deliberation in the coming sessions.
