SZ Port containers throughput to top 16 million - Guangdong - News Brief

Shenzhen port is on course to record a throughput of 16 million TEU this year and is expected to keep its ranking as the 4th largest container port in the world.

Statistics show that 14.78 million TEU were moved through its terminals in the last 11 months of this year, up 19.21 per cent over the same period last year.

Shenzhen port is keeping on its construction, Dachanwan containers port and the third phase of Yantian port has start constructing this year.
