Beginning yesterday (December 12) to February 28th, next year, the public security helicopter patrols Guangzhou to Shenzhen and Guangzhou to Foshan expressways as a measure to minimize transportation chaos.

According to the Guangdong Transportation Department, the random parked vehicles, speeding cars and passenger overloading accounts have recently had a sharp increase on the Guangzhou to Shenzhen and Guangzhou to Foshan expressways. The Public security helicopter will conduct operations including a patrol along the expressways to take photos of speeders, measurements of speeds, patrol random parked cars, provide ambulance assistance and serve as a traffic guidance tool.
