The achievements release conference
Guangdong delegation has signed 115.783 billion yuan worth of cooperation projects, accounting 26.58% of the total value of projects signed in the Second Pan-Pearl River Delta Regional Cooperation and Development Forum, which is closed on July 28, Chengdu, Sichuan province.
Some 67.2% of the projects are pooled in industrial manufacturing and service section, while the property investment projects has increase 11.6% than the first forum. And the business purchase and sale projects accounts 21% of the total.
Amoung Guangdong delegation, cities in Pearl River Delta signs most of the cooperate projects. Guangzhou lists the top with 14.9bn yuan, and than followed Shenzhen. And most large amount of projects are signed with Hong Kong SAR and Sichuan Province.

About 453.5 billion yuan of investment for 4,473 joint projects have agreed to pool in the second PPRD Regional Economic and Trade Fair, announced Yang Zhiwen, Vice Governor of Sichuan province.
The investment will cover industrial manufacturing, services, culture, tourism and many other sectors.
Delegation at the forum also fixed on goals in the near future, including improving transport system, strengthening basic facilities in the region, simplifying transactions of customs clearance, and establishing a mechanism for trade and economic cooperation.
About PPRD
The PPRD (Pan- Pearl River Delta) co-operation, initiated by Guangdong provincial government and launched in June last year, involves nine mainland provinces and autonomous regions, plus Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions.
The PPRD, also known as 9+2, covers the provinces of Guangdong, Fujian, Hunan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Jiangxi, Hainan and Yunnan and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
As China's largest regional economic entity, the PPRD occupies 20 percent of the national land, homes over one third of the national population and contributes to more than 40 percent to the national Gross Domestic Product.
