The "Scientific development concept", "Building a harmonious society" and "anti-secession law" will be the three hot topics in the upcoming annual sessions of NPC and CPPCC, says a high-profile official of Guangdong.

Zhang Dejiang, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central committee, Secretary of Guangdong Provincial CPC committee made the statement during his air trip from Guangzhou to Beijing yesterday (Mar 2nd).

Zhang and the other over 160 members of NPC (National People's Conference), and 60 members of the CPPCC (Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference) of Guangdong Province arrived Beijing yesterday for the 2005 NPC and CPPCC Sessions.

The third session of the 10th National Committee of CPPCC and the third session of the 10th National People's Congress (NPC) will open on March 3 and March 5 respectively in Beijng.
