Students of Peking University make generous response to the volunteer recruiting work to show their enthusiasm.
 
BOCOG's college-volunteer-recruiting has started today. Every student in all 78 colleges and universities in Beijing can apply for it by submitting an application form, which can be downloaded from the web-sites of their schools, but only 70,000 will be chosen from among the applicants.

There is no restriction on the nationalities of volunteers, thus foreign students can apply for the voluntary work, too.

Consultancy services for volunteers have been set up in many colleges and universities, where students interested in being an Olympic volunteer can get information they need. Chinese students can submit their forms to their departments, while foreign students should send their forms to the foreign affairs sections in their colleges and universities. Youth League committees in schools are also responsible for consultation.

The deadline for application is March 31, 2008.
