Aimed at providing a home away from home for expatriates, Fraser Place Shekou, an exclusive serviced residential apartment block, opened Wednesday (Dec 29th).
Fraser Place Shekou has a total of 232 apartments catering for the diverse needs of the market. The apartments range from one-bedroom deluxe apartments to four-bedroom penthouses. The property overlooks Shenzhen Bay and Yuen Long in Hong Kong with a panoramic view of the coast.
A tour of the residences after the opening ceremony gave visitors a clearer picture. The apartments are fully furnished with separate living, dining, kitchen and bedroom areas. They also feature extensively equipped kitchens, an inbuilt personal safe, washing machine-cum-dryer, broadband Internet access, cable TV and entertainment systems.
The project is a joint development by China Merchants Real Estate (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. and the Singapore-based Fraser Place Service Residence.
It is the first property established by Fraser in China, and it has signed up the first resident, Paul Yee, a senior official at Wal-Mart (Shenzhen), who will live there with his wife and two children for a year.
Meanwhile, Fraser is strengthening its foothold in Shenzhen as it has signed a 10-year management agreement with the Tianhong Group to manage a 164-unit development.
The service at Fraser Place Shekou includes housekeeping, power control and security trained to provide tenants with quality service.
