Guangdong's Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau has granted local bars across Guangdong the right to continue trading after 2 am, according to the Southern Metropolis Daily.
After a 6 year hiatus, Public Entertainment Licenses will be granted again.
Response to Public Demand
The move is in response to public demand, said a spokesman from the bureau.
Police have been active lately in removing prostitution, gambling and narcotics from local nightclubs.
Moreover, Hong Kong and Macau sauna services look set to re-open, in accordance with the CEPA agreement.
