Andy Roddick is the only big-name absentee at the Hamburg Tennis Masters Series, organizers said Saturday.
Tournament director Walter Knapper said that the American cited personal reason for his absence.
He would be the only top-10 player not to take part in the contest in Hamburg, where the first round starts on Monday, Knapper said.
"We have a sensational field" of 56-player draw headed by the world's leading duo of Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal, said Knapper.
