GZ sees thickest fog in 6 years
Guangzhou was shrouded in a heavy fog yesterday morning and the fog was the thickest one ever experienced by the city in six years, according to the Guangzhou Observatory.
Visibility was very poor in downtown areas yesterday and many landmark buildings were obscured. The heavy fog did not disperse until 11 a.m.
Other cities in Guangdong province also experienced heavy fogs yesterday.
The warm and misty weather is expected to continue for a few days more.
