Andres Ilabaca, a noted wine maker from Chile, tells guests about a Chilean wine Friday at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
The hotel presented a wine dinner featuring several brands of Chilean wines, such as Reserva Sauvignon Blanc, Medalla Real Cabernet Sauvignon and Reserved Merlot, all of which are from the Santa Rita winery in Santiago, Chile.
The guests sampled the wines with beluga caviar served with whole-wheat pancakes, rosemary lamb chops on sautéed spinach and other culinary delights prepared by the hotel's executive chef Herman Zhao.
