Aiming at testing the professional skills of its staff, the vegetable and fruit carving contest is one of the series of contests organized by the Best Western Shenzhen Felicity Hotel. Other contests include table setting, drink mixing, and dim sum making.
The contests are part of the hotel's effort to celebrate the upcoming National Day holiday as well as the China High-Tech Fair. Shi Li
