Several Picasso paintings and drawings have been stolen from the artist's granddaughter's house in Paris, the director of the city's Picasso Museum said Wednesday (Feb 1).
There was no immediate estimate of the value of the stolen works, but museum director Anne Baldassari said "it was a very large theft."
The pieces were stolen from the home of Diana Widmaier-Picasso overnight Monday to Tuesday, she said.
