450 smuggled cars seized by Zhuhai’s Gongbei customs were destroyed in Zhongshan city yesterday (September 14) which was the largest demolition of its kind in China. The 450 cars were smashed and then cut into scrap metal at the site. The Smugglers dismantled the cars into pieces before bringing the vehicles across the border. After the pieces were on the mainland, they reassembled the parts and intended to illegally sell the cars.
