Guangzhou's Zhujiang Beer will invest 800 million yuan to expand its production capacity in Guangdong's Zhanjiang city. The move is part of Zhujiang Beer's plans for expansion into China's southwest and East Asian countries.
The investment is expected to help the beer company add 1.2 billion yuan to its industrial production value. Zhanjiang City will be the beer's third largest production base after its previous two projects in Guangzhou and Dongguan.
