He Xiansong, vice mayor of Jiangmen City, West Guangdong, attends the fifteenth conference of the Pacific Economic Cooperation Council (PECC) held in Brunei.
In the conference, Mr. He makes a speech on the implementing "Regional Integration for Sustainable Economies (RISE) Plan" and on introducing investment environment in Jiiangmen.
The conference expresses great support for the further implementation of the RISE Plan of Jiangmen.
Jiangmen was approved to be one of the first two experimental cities to carry out the RISE Plan in the 13th conference of PECC held in Manila.
