Jiangmen hold plenary meeting 'CEPA and Jiangmen' yesterday (Sept. 8th) to explore what CEPA will bring to Jiangmen, a city in Pearl River Delta. Professor Chen Guanghan from Sun Yat-sen University gives a speech.
Professor Chen, director of Greater Pearl River Delta Research Center in the university, said, CEPA brings to Jiangmen both opportunities and competition, Jiangmen has a solid economic foundation, a full line of industries and a well-developed communication system. As the government carry out a series of preferential policies, the investment environment is better than ever. He believes, the cooperation between Hong Kong and Jiangmen is a win-win strategy.
