It seems to many Cantonese that Guangzhou is endowed with superb fengshui. Here it is surely viewed not superstitiously but in terms of geographic conditions, for Guangzhou enjoys an excellent geographic location, with an excellent combination of mountains in the north, rivers flowing through the municipal area, vast green fields on the Pearl River Delta and blue waters down below.
