Dongguan science museum is officially inaugurated today in the newly-built magnolia-shaped modern building, which covers a land area of 40,000 square meters.
The items on display show the human manufacturing activities in different eras from the Stone Age's tool making to today's mass production of electronic appliances. The two main parts of the museum's displays are the up-to-the-date manufacturing technology and IT and high-tech items and the emerging technology that might be widely used in the future.
The visual part in the museum and the online science museum enable people to learn more about the modern tech, which completely demonstrate Dongguan's modern manufacturing technology level and its trend.
The items on display feature their localization and interactive characteristics, making people learn while being entertained.
