| Brief Intro. to SZ China Hi-tech fair |

Approved by the State Council of the People's Republic of China, China Hi-Tech Fair (hereinafter referred to as "CHTF") is jointly hosted by Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Science and Technology of PRC, Ministry of Information Industry of PRC, National Development and Reform Commission of PRC, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shenzhen Municipal People's Government. It is held annually in fall in Shenzhen.
The Fifth China Hi-Tech Fair will be held on October 12-17,2003 in Shenzhen. It includes three major programs as follows:
1.Transfer of Technological Achievements
2.Exhibition and Transaction of Hi-Tech Products
3.Hi-Tech Forum
A large number of overseas IT enterprises have applied to register participation this great event. Up to now, there are many famous company which included Kyocera, Sony, Canon, Ricoh, Rittal, Elitegroup, Via and distinguished domestic enterprises which include Konka, Hisense, SAST, as well as England, Korea and Taiwan three more countries and areas as specialized IT exhibit have registered or sign up a participate contract for this event. For the purpose of increasing CHTF international position and IT exhibit specialized, organizer are concentrating to invite more well-known overseas and multinational as well as famous domestic IT company to be in ComNet/CHTF 2003.
Later on, a specific technology seminar which is close match the topic that include technology of IT industry and business hotspot will be held. Some senior business representatives and specialists form well-known IT industry will be invited.
China Hi-Tech Fair is a state level, grand international Fair. The first China Hi-Tech Fair was held on October 5~10, 1999, the second on October 11~17, 2000, the third on October 12~17, 2001 and the fourth on October 12~17,2002. All these four Hi-tech fair made great success and attracted extensive attention both home and abroad for its great achievements. Now, let's look at some achievements of the first three fairs.
