Top officials from 21 cities in Guangdong will visit Hong Kong on Wednesday (May 19) to seek closer business cooperation.
Several hundred department heads in charge of commerce, industry, customs, taxation and investment, led by Vice Guangdong Governor Tang Bingquan, will meet Hong Kong officials and business delegates on May 19, the South China Morning Post reported Thursday.
The two sides will hold three forums to discuss ways to improve cooperation under the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA), which took effect in January.
During the forum, the GD Government will sign 24 large infrastructure and services projects with Hong Kong companies.
