Guangzhou detects a total of 5 positive infections among close contacts during centralized quarantine
On September 23, a case arriving from another provincial-level region was detected in Yuexiu District. As of 8:00 on September 26, a total of 5 positive infections were added, all detected among close contacts during centralized quarantine.
Up to now, regional nucleic acid screening has been carried out in Yuexiu, Tianhe, Huangpu and other districts. From 8:00 on September 23 to 24:00 on September 25, 12,012 nucleic acid sampling sites were opened in the city, and 25.5 million nucleic acid samples were tested. No positive infection has been detected at the community level.
Commencing midnight of September 25, temporary control measures have been lifted and regular COVID-19 prevention and control resumed in the following areas: east to the railway along Yaotai West Street (瑶台西街铁路边), west to the edge of Guangzhou Passenger Train Technical Station in Sanjiao Arc Lane (三角弧巷广州客技站边缘), south to Guangyuan West Road (广园西路), north to Tongdewei Elevated Bridge (同德围高架桥).
Shenzhen adds 10 new cases, city's travel guide updated
On September 25, Shenzhen reported 10 new COVID-19 positive cases, 5 were new locally transmitted confirmed COVID-19 cases, and 5 asymptomatic cases.
Among the new cases, 4 cases were detected during centralized quarantine, 3 cases during screening of close contacts, and 3 cases among key population under non-closed loop management.
Tracks of the new cases involve Futian District and Luohu District.

Shenzhen calls upon residents to stay put during National Day holiday as much as possible, avoid traveling to county-level regions that have medium or high-risk areas, and do not travel to cities with medium or high-risk areas unless necessary.
A negative nucleic acid test result in 48 hours is needed to leave Shenzhen.
As the National Day holiday approaches, all cross-province or cross-city travelers should take 2 nucleic acid tests in 3 days after they come back, and should finish the 1st nucleic acid test within 24 hours upon arrival.
Huizhou reported 1 local asymptomatic case
Huizhou's Huidong County reported 1 asymptomatic infection during screening of close contacts on September 26.
The asymptomatic case is a 46 years-old male who lives in the 1st Lane, Park East, Pingshan Street, Huidong County (惠东县平山街道公园东1巷). He had overlapped tracks with a case on September 23 in another city.
Having come back to Huizhou, he mainly worked in Huidong County. On the afternoon of September 25, he was confirmed as a close contact and was transferred to a centralized quarantine venue.

On September 25, Guangzhou CDC reminded that arrivals with a travel history to the following places and people with a red or yellow "Suikang code" should immediately report to the community (village)/employer/hotel or report via the "Suikang" mini-program, and receive corresponding health management.
