First government service app for overseas Chinese doctors launched in Guangzhou

On November 7, the "Million Talents, Wisdom in Guangzhou" speech and exchange event, guided by the Guangzhou Organizing Committee for the 15th National Games and hosted by the Guangzhou Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, was held at the Guangzhou Yuexiu International Congress Center.

The event participants witnessed the launch of the "Overseas Doctoral Talent Express" service on the "Suihaoban" (穗好办) app—the first such service on a government affairs app nationwide. It will provide policy and resource connections for overseas Chinese doctors to start businesses, develop careers, and settle in Guangzhou, facilitating their innovation, entrepreneurship, cooperation, and exchange in the city.

During their tour, overseas Chinese doctors joined returned overseas doctors, overseas Chinese leaders, and representatives of overseas Chinese enterprises in Guangzhou—embarking on an in-depth journey. They visited places including Yunxi Botanical Garden, Canton Tower, and Jinan University.

"Today, overseas Chinese empower industrial upgrading with wisdom in the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area—they have always partnered with Guangzhou," said Bian Yong, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Chairman of the Guangzhou Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese. The federation will further serve overseas Chinese talent to develop and live in Guangzhou.
