Flying Flower
Ancient people often played a drinkers’ wager game called Flying Flower to add fun for drinking at the banquet. It requires drinkers to recite or compose poems with the word flower, that is, in Chinese, 花. There are some strict rules regarding the position of “花” in the poem as well as the rhythm.
Nowadays, people do not restrict the key word to flower, but include other important poetic images like cloud, moon, spring and so on.
