Sheraton Dongguan Hotel and Sheraton Subang Hotel and Towers present the Malaysian Food Festival in Botanica Brasserie. Dubbed as " Selamat Datang", Malaysian guest chefs Zohizam Zakaria and Liang Wei Yip will present their mouth watering authentic Malaysian signature dishes.
Malaysia is known as the melting pot of three cuisines - Malay, Chinese and Indian flavors. All three cuisines promise an interesting fusion of flavors and spices that is truly a gastronomic experience you must never miss. On Opening Night (August 20) of the festival, customers will have a chance to win one of the exciting prizes. Set lunch menu will be available from August 22.
