China Southern Airlines will open two new international routes in October. Beginning October 10, the Airlines will start three flights per week from Guangzhou to Lagos, the capital city of Nigeria via Dubai on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. From October 16, the Airlines will start two flights per week leaving Guangzhou for Katmandu, the capital city of Nepal every Monday and Friday. Meanwhile, beginning October 1, the Airlines will increase flights to Seoul from the current three flights per week to 10 flights per week.
In addition, Korean Air will start four flights per week from Guangzhou to Seoul starting September 26. The new flights will provide travelers with more choices from Guangzhou to Seoul, up to 23 flights per week. Korean Air is the second Korean airline company that uses the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, after Asiana Airlines.
