Found on the central axis of Guangzhou city, south of the Guangzhou Tower, the TIT creative industry zone has attracted visitors from all over with its vital fashion culture and neat garden layout.

Installations stand at the entrance of TIT. Each of them shows different gestures of human, connoting the theme of the zone – fashion, art and creativity.

Logo of TIT is found almost everywhere in the zone.

Green trees can be found everywhere, giving the visitors a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The green garden is dotted with old-fashion brick houses which have seen an interior turnover from busy workshops to cutting-edge fashion shops or studios. The area still keeps some elements of the old red times of China–a big red star or flag on the roof of some houses, graffiti depicting workers and solders with passionate patriotic slogans. There is a strong sense of nostalgia in the air.

Originally the half-century old Guangzhou Textile Machinery Factory, TIT has grown out of its root on textile and clothing and focused on the combination of fashion, art, culture and creativity. TIT consists of several functional areas - brand design zone, crossover creative zone, business culture zone, launching &display zone, facility &service zone, and food &entertainment zone, providing such services as product launching, fashion design and consultation, research and display. TIT has been trying to be the fashion wind vane in south China by catching the latest trends and building a bridge connecting brands with consumers. The annual Guangzhou Fashion Week has taken place in TIT in the past few years.
