New path at Lotus Hill
Latest Updated by 2005-01-10 11:08:00

A new path extending 1,100 meters had been opened at Lotus Hill, the Daily Sunshine reported.

Two new wooden bridges had been built on the hill, with one of them leading to the path on the western side of the hill. A real estate company invested 200,000 yuan (US$24,165) on building the bridge.

The bridges are on a brook-like flood channel near a cluster of reeds west to the south entrance of the Lotus Hill Park.

There were several rest areas along the road, the report said. It joined another path on the north-western side of the hill.

The total length of pedestrian paths on the hill is now three kilometers.
