Guangdong sends officials to work in rural areas - Top News 2005 - News Brief

From the year 2005, Guangdong will send 30,000-plus multi-level officials to work in rural areas. According to incomplete data, a total of 90,000 officials began to work at their new posts in rural areas. The province had injected 200 million yuan to the move, helping rural areas to start 50,000 projects and solving 60,000 conflicts or problems.
