Officials gave opinions on building a harmonious Guangdong - Top News 2005 - News Brief

After a multi-months-long research, Guangdong CPC committee and provincial government issued a document "several opinions on building a harmonious Guangdong" in September. According to the document, Guangdong will build itself into a prosperous, fair, energetic and secured society through developing its economy, culture, legal system and bettering its social system and Party management.
