The first phase of 96th China Export Commodities Fair concluded yesterday (Oct. 20), while the second phase will open after a five days' stop.
For many enterprises in Guangdong and China, Canton Fair is the gateway for them to enter the international market. Up till now, Guangdong has become one of the most important export base of the world and a total of 14 GD enterprises have become vendors of UNPS (United Nation Procurement Service)
All of these 14 enterprises have attended the 96th Canton Fair and they think the Fair is an important platform to display their latest products and seek international business.
According to statistics, Guangdong delegation's trade volume hit 2.33 bln USD in the first five days, while the trade volume of the whole province was about 3.7 billion US dollars, accounting for 26.78% of the county's total trading volume.
Some 96649 purchasers from 199 countries or regions had attended the fair until 19th, up 10.38% over the same period of last fair.
