The trees planted in the red forest natural reserve in Shuidong Bay, Dianbai, Maoming last year are now grown up. Recently, the green attract over 300 egrets to stay in the reserve.

Red forest a very important wetland resource which can reduce the impact the wind and wave of the sea to the coastal areas and can promote a wide range of plants to grow in its protected areas.

More trees are going to be planted in the reserves and it is expected more birds will choose this area as their new home.
