Medical staffs in Guangzhou No.1 hospital closed its isolation ward yesterday. This special sector has been empty since the last SARS patient was cured and sent out of the hospital on June 2.
Most hospitals in Guangzhou that have received SARS patients before will close their isolation wards in the near future except Guangdong people hospital, Guangzhou No.8 hospital and Guangzhou research center of respiratory disease.
